So Kenzie has orange day at her school today and is supposed to bring in something orange to put on her collage today. So last night she wanted Dave to cut out a rocket out of orange paper. He was trying to figure out what kind of rocket she wanted by drawing different kinds of rockets. After his fifth rocket drawing Dave says "is it like this Kenzie?"
Kenzie says in a very demeaning tone "No, Dad! I thought I told you to try your best!"
I was laughing so hard Kenzie thought I was crying!

Tell Kenz thanks for the laugh! Sucks when you loose that all knowingness to your kids Huh!
I must say I love it when that happens in our house. Derek tells us to persevere if we tell him we can't do something.
Oh and Derek was asking me how to make a lowercase Q the other day when he was writing something. I showed him and he kept saying "are you sure?" Yep I'm pretty sure!
Really...and you didnt call us? This is probably the one and only thing I can draw! Love you Kenz. And quite honestly a little dissappointed in Dave.
